Before shipment, our products undergo a rigorous Quality Inspection Process.

Please double-check your size before placing an order. As different items may follow different sizing standards, we recommend referring to the size charts available on our product pages. Should there be no size chart for a product, feel free to click "Chat" and get in touch with us online!

If you receive a defective or damaged item, an incorrect size, or the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately. We promise to respond with solutions within 1 working day. Please note, items without any of the aforementioned issues are not eligible for unconditional return or exchange.

Items to be returned must be sent back to us. We will process your case within 5 business days of receiving your item(s) and issue a refund within 10 working days. However, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of each shipping service. Be mindful that our warranty lasts for 15 days after which services will cease.

Return Conditions:

For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories cannot be refunded or returned. Returned packages must be in good condition with the products unworn and unused. Damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted. Please inform our customer service team with the specific reasons for your return before shipping. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. The cost of return shipping is borne by you. Purchases made with coupons are not eligible for return or exchange. If your purchase involved a coupon and another form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value will be refundable.

How to Create a Return:

  • Contact Customer Service first and include the following info in your message: Account Email Address, Problem Description, Your Request, Pictures as evidence.
  • Wait for confirmation before returning your order.
  • Ship the return package to the provided address and email us the tracking info.
  • Expect an automatic refund within 10 working days after receipt and inspection.

*Please be aware that not all return requests may be unconditionally approved. It’s crucial to familiarize yourself with our Refund and Return Policy beforehand, where we’ve clearly outlined acceptable conditions.

Compensation Time-Frame:

For returned items, we will need 5 business days upon receipt to process the solution and will automatically refund within 10 working days.
